Easy peasy. If you have a reservation, everything is made clear on your confirmation email or by managing your reservation on redlion.com.

Most questions related to your existing reservation(s) can be answered through the manage reservation function on redlion.com. To review the cancellation policy, no-show policy or any other fees associated with your stay, please review the details on the reservation confirmation page.
If you have not completed your reservation yet, the cancellation policy is displayed during the checkout process as the policy can vary based on the hotel and the rate being booked. Guests with a reservation who do not cancel within the cancellation window defined during the reservation process and in the reservation confirmation email will be charged a no-show fee.

The easiest way to join Hello Rewards and start earning perks and benefits is through our website. You also may join Hello Rewards at one of our more than 900+ participating hotels; through RLH Reservations; or on the Hello Rewards app.
We want to save you the hassle of carrying another card and conserve natural resources. Thus we do not issue Hello Rewards Membership cards, and you don’t need one to take advantage of membership in the Hello Rewards program. Your Membership information can be accessed in your online account or when you log into the Hello Rewards app.
Click the [Forgot Password link] on the Hello Rewards page to have a password reset link sent to your email address on file. Still having difficulties or not receiving a password reset email? Please check your spam/junk folders in case our emails have made their way there. If you don’t find our email there and you have a Membership account, it’s possible that you did not activate your online account when we moved to our current website. Please submit a help ticket through redlion.com/contact and request to have your online account activated.
“Hello Bucks” are rewards that are issued to a Qualifying Member’s Hello Rewards account within up to three to five business days after check out from a Qualifying Stay. Members receive their Hello Bucks per Qualifying stay, not per night. Hello Bucks may be applied, during the checkout process, toward the cost of future accommodations at any participating hotel as if they were cash (although Hello Bucks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash). Hello Bucks cannot be applied to the stay in which they were earned. You may view your earned and available Hello Bucks in your [online account] or in the Hello Rewards app.

No – the longer you stay, the more Hello Bucks you earn! For Qualifying Stays consumed after 01/23/2020, the number of Hello Bucks that will be issued for each Qualifying Stay currently is as follows:
For each Qualifying Stay of 1-2 nights: 10 Hello Bucks
For each Qualifying Stay of 3-6 nights: 20 Hello Bucks
For each Qualifying Stay of 7 or more nights: 30 Hello Bucks
Hello Perks are surprise amenities (such as a snack or bottled water upon check-in) that may be provided from time to time, by a participating Hotel, in its sole discretion. Red Lion Family of Hotels also may provide Hello Perks (such as digital gift cards) from time to time, in its sole discretion.

Hello Rewards Members can [request the issuance of Hello Bucks for a Qualifying Stay] that occurred up to six months prior to the date the Member makes the request for their issuance. Requests will be reviewed and Hello Bucks issued if Red Lion Family of Hotels determines, in its sole but reasonable discretion, that the request is valid.
Hello Bucks are earned by the Hello Rewards Member whose name appears on the room reservation. Thus, you need to ensure that your reservation reflects the first name, last name, and email address associated with your Hello Rewards account. Prior to check-out, we recommend that you confirm with the participating Hotel that the correct profile information (exact first name, last name, and email address) associated with your Hello Rewards account is listed on your reservation (to allow the systems to automatically match your reservation with your Hello Rewards account or provide the Hotel with enough information to submit the request on your behalf).
Hello Bucks easily can be applied to your room amount in the checkout process through redlion.com or the Hello Rewards app. If you are logged into your Hello Rewards account and have Hello Bucks available, you will see the option to apply them to the reservation. Simply check the “Apply Hello Bucks” box and select the amount you wish to apply.
Hello Bucks cannot be applied on the same stay on which they were earned and can be applied only to reservations booked through redlion.com or the Hello Rewards app.

Any outstanding Stay Credits as of October 17, 2018 were converted to Hello Bucks at a conversion rate of 10 Hello Bucks for every one Stay Credit.
Absolutely! If your Membership account had earned a Free Night Token or Free Night Perk as of October 17, 2018, you may exchange your Token or redeem your Free Night by calling Member Services at (888) 606-0563. Each Token and Free Night is subject to its original expiration date.
On each hotel's webpage you will find a list of their policies. Smoke-free hotels will have their respective icon on their website. Likewise, hotels that allow smoking will have their own icon.
Absolutely! You can include special requests while making your reservation on redlion.com using the 'Special Requests' field found on the Checkout page. If you have already made your reservation, you can modify your 'Special Requests' on the manage reservation page on redlion.com. Please keep in mind that not all requests can be honored.
Discounted reservations using a corporate rate code can be made on redlion.com. In the search feature at the top of any webpage, enter your corporate rate code into the Discounts field. This will automatically modify your search results to show the discounted rates. If you are unable to locate your Corporate Discount/Rate Code, please contact the hotel directly.
