Q: Is breakfast included?
A: The hotel does not offer breakfast; however we can recommend Pine Tree Café, The Egg & I or The Maine Diner all which are a short distance from our location!

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. You have the option of purchasing either early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee.

Q: Are cribs/rollaway beds available?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide cribs or rollaway beds. We can recommend “Ciao Baby” for all crib rental needs. http://www.ciaobabyequipmentrentals.com

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes. Parking is free with each paid reservation. If you will have more than 1 vehicle, please advise the front desk prior to your arrival.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
A: Hotel Policy states there is a 48 cancellation policy for all standard rooms and suites. If you have booked through a 3rd party site, such as Booking.com, Priceline or Expedia, you will need to modify your reservation directly though them. All cottage reservations are non-refundable. 

Q: Does the hotel accept pets?
A: No, we are not a pet friendly hotel. However, all service animals are welcome and we ask that you advise the front desk prior to your arrival if a service animal will be accompanying you during your stay.
