Promotional rate is subject to availability, does not apply to pre-existing reservations and cannot be combined with any other offer. Each participating property is permitted up to five blackout dates during the Promotion period. RLH Corporation reserves the right to remove from this Promotion a participating property that does not adhere to these terms. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount. This Promotion does not apply to the following rate types: (1) rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates; (2) discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria, including but not limited to AAA members, seniors and government employees; (3) package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or non-breakfast meals; (4) rates negotiated for stays exceeding 30 nights; (5) rates that are available on auction websites; and (6) rates that are available on opaque websites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is complete.

(2) Must be a Hello Rewards Member to earn Hello Bucks. As part of this Promotion, Hello Rewards Members who book between July 1, 2021 and August 13, 2021 and have a Qualifying Stay between July 1, 2021 and August 30, 2021 will earn 10 bonus Hello Bucks (on top of typical length of stay earnings) to use towards a future stay. Hello Bucks have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash but may be applied toward the cost of future accommodations at any hotel doing business under one of RLH Corporation’s proprietary brands that accepts Hello Bucks. Hello Bucks are earned by the Hello Rewards Member whose name appears on the room reservation on a Qualifying Stay (as defined in the Hello Rewards Terms & Conditions).  Hello Bucks are provided via the earning Hello Rewards Member’s Hello Rewards account within three to five business days following checkout from a Qualifying Stay and are otherwise subject to the Hello Rewards Terms & Conditions, as they may be updated from time to time by RLH Corporation, in its sole discretion.
