1. What is Hello Rewards?
RLH Corporation introduced Hello Rewards, our guest recognition program, to reward and knowingly recognize our Members with more perks and benefits than a traditional points-based loyalty program. With Hello Rewards, Members are able to apply their rewards sooner than other programs, as early as their very next stay. Also, you’ll be surprised and delighted with special Hello Perks curated just for you. Even better, you don't have to be an “elite member” to be rewarded for your Membership.

3. How do I join Hello Rewards?
The easiest way to join Hello Rewards and start earning your Perks is by going to [www.redlion.com]. You also may join Hello Rewards at one of our more than 1,300 participating hotels, through our reservations center or on the Hello Rewards app.
4. Will I get a Membership card after enrolling?
We want to save you the hassle of carrying another card, and to save the environment, so we don’t issue a Membership card and you won’t need one. All of your information can be found on your online account or when you log into the Hello Rewards app.
5. I can’t remember my password to my account. What do I do?
Click the "Need Help Signing In" link in the drop down men to have a password reset link sent to your email address on file.
6. I have a past stay that is not on my account. How do I get credit for that?
Hello Rewards Members can request a past stay from up to six months prior to the request date by visiting their online account. Requests will be reviewed and credit applied if valid.
7. What are Hello Bucks?
Hello Bucks are rewards that are issued to a Member’s account for each Qualifying Stay. Members receive their Hello Bucks per stay, not per night, and will be awarded to the Membership account upon a consumed reservation. These Hello Bucks can be used for future reservations by applying them during the checkout process and cannot be applied to a stay where they were earned. Earned and available Hello Bucks can be viewed within your online account or Hello Rewards app. Hello Bucks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8. Do my Hello Bucks expire?
Yes. Each issuance of Hello Bucks has it's own expiration date that can be seen on your Member profile under Rewards. The valid period will vary depending on the type of Hello Bucks awarded (ie. promotional Hello Bucks may have a shorter valid period then standard issuance). The Hello Bucks must be applied to a confirmed reservation by the expiration date to be used. Hello Bucks cannot be reinstated unless otherwise stated.
9. What is considered a Qualifying Stay or Qualifying Rate?

10. Where do I see my available Hello Bucks?
The available balance and expiration date of Hello Bucks can be located within your Hello Rewards profile, which is viewable online or through the Hello Rewards app.
11. How do I apply Hello Bucks to my reservation?
Hello Bucks can be easily applied to your total reservation amount in the checkout process through redlion.com or the Hello Rewards app. If you are logged into your Hello Rewards account and have Hello Bucks available, you will see the option to apply them to the reservation. Simply check the “Apply Hello Bucks” box and select the amount you wish to apply.
Hello Bucks cannot be applied on the same stay on which they were earned and can only be applied to stay reservations booked through redlion.com and the Hello Rewards app.
12. Do I earn the same amount of Bucks on all stays regardless of brand?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific reservation, Hello Bucks will be issued for each Qualifying Stay at a participating hotel.
13. Do I earn the same amount of Bucks on all stays regardless of length of stay?
Yes, each Qualifying Stay will earn the base amount of Hello Bucks regardless of length of stay. Hello Bucks may also be awarded periodically for various activities or promotions at RLH Corporation’s discretion.
14. Can I earn Hello Perks at any RLH hotel?
The Hello Rewards program (including Hello Bucks and Hello Perks) is recognized at most of the hotels that operated under one of our brands. For a complete list of the brands that participate, and the identity of the very few individual properties that are excluded, please see the Terms and Conditions.
15. What happened to my Free Night Token or a Free Night Perk that I had already earned? Am I still able to use it toward a Free Night?
Absolutely! If your Membership account has already earned a Free Night Token or Free Night Perk as of July 31, 2018, you are able to exchange your Token or redeem your Free Night by calling Member Services at 888-606-0563. Each Token and Free Night is subject to its original expiration date.
16. I earned stay credits in my account prior to July 31, 2018. What happened to them?
Any outstanding stay credits as of July 31, 2018 will be converted to Hello Bucks at a conversion rate of 10 Hello Bucks for every one stay credit. Posting of these Hello Bucks will be posted to accounts within 30 days.
17. How can I download the Hello Rewards mobile app?
The Hello Rewards mobile app is available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store.
