Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes, we require all room reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

I'd like to add comments or a special request to my reservation. What is the easiest way to do this?
If you already have a reservation and want to add in comments, click here to update your reservation. If you are booking a new reservation, as part of the booking process please utilize the Special Requirements text box to insert your comments.

Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival at the hotel?
If you booked a room that required prepayment, your card will be charged based on the terms and conditions of that reservation. If you have not reserved yet, please check the specific deposit policies during the booking process.
What happens if I don't show up for a guaranteed reservation?
