Celebrate Mom With Us

Sunday, May 13th from 9am to 2pm & 4:00 to 9:00pm

We invite you to the Red Lion Hotel & Casino Elko to Celebrate Mom this Mother's Day for Brunch at the Coffee Garden Restaurant and dinner at Aspens Bar & Grill both located in our hotel. 

The Buffet will run from 9 am to 2 pm and the cost will be $19.95 for adults, and $11.95 for children 12 and under.  Children 3 and under eat for free. Dinner is Aspens will run from 4 to 9 pm. 

Displays:

  • Smoked Salmon with chopped egg, diced tomatoes, whipped cream cheese with fresh dill and capers
  • Peel and eat shrimp with lemons and cocktail sauce
  • Fruit tree featuring fresh strawberries and pineapple
  • Chocolate fountain
  • Cupcakes for all ages

Carving Station: 

  • Honey Glazed Ham with rum raisin sauce
  • Slow Roasted Prime Rib with au jus and creamy horseradish

Salads:

  • Cherry chocolate cloud salad
  • Classic deviled eggs
  • Broccoli cheddar salad
  • Marinated mushroom salad
  • Apple salad with pecans and raisins
  • Ambrosia salad with orange and coconut

Breakfast:

  • Sliced red potatoes with onions and peppers
  • Cheesy scrambled eggs
  • Smoked sausage
  • Crisp bacon
  • Southern style biscuits gravy
  • Eggs Benedict
  • Chocolate chip pancakes
  • Cheese blintz with blueberry and strawberry sauce

Entrees: 

  • Steamed vegetables in cheese sauce

  • Pasta carbonara with shrimp
  • Baked salmon with tomato and caper relish

We will also be offering a live omelet station, a full salad bar, and a dessert station featuring fresh pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Comprised of 3 courses

  • 1st Course Spinach salad with fresh sliced strawberries, toasted pecans, and smoked gouda cheese or choice of House Salad or Caesar Salad.
  • 2nd Course Chicken Milano served on a bed of fettuccini with a cream sauce containing sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. Accompanied by Asiago cheese bread.
  • 3rd Course Choice of Carrot Cake or any of our house desserts.

Salmon Primavera $35.00

Comprised of 3 Courses

  • 1st Course Spinach salad with fresh sliced strawberries, toasted pecans, and smoked gouda cheese or choice of House Salad or Caesar Salad.
  • 2nd Course Penne pasta with asparagus, snow peas, baby peas, red onion, fresh thyme, garlic, lemon zest, red and yellow bell pepper, and parsley dressed with a Dijon Mustard and White Wine sauce then topped with a baked salmon filet. Accompanied by Asiago cheese bread.
  • 3rd Course Choice of Carrot Cake or any of our house desserts.
