Price Match Claims Processing Requirements

  • A claim must be submitted on the same day of making the original reservation through RLH Corporation branded website(s). An original reservation refers to the initial reservation made through RLH Corporation branded website(s) and does not include modified or cancelled reservations.
  • The submission of a screenshot of the rate violation directly from the competing website is a mandatory requirement in order for a claim to be validated.
  • RLH Corporation Guest Relations associates have the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim including, but not limited to, determining that it is for the same hotel, room type, dates, and that it meets all terms & conditions and claims processing requirements.
  • Within 48 hours of validating the “Best Rate Guarantee,” the RLH Corporation Guest Relations Associate will send an email communication that includes a confirmation that the room rate associated with the original reservation has been updated to match the competing rate for that stay.
  • If you cancel your reservation after confirmation of an approved "Best Rate Guarantee” price match claim, you forfeit all benefits associated with such a validated claim.
