Hailing from Buffalo, New York is spoken-word artist Mosaic. To experience his work is to understand where his namesake derives. He is truly an amalgamation of diverse aspects of life. The theme that is most recurring in his poetry however is love and sensuality. This not only comes across in the subject matter but in his delivery itself. Performing poetry in front of audiences since 2009, Mosaic has honed his craft primarily in the Mid-Atlantic region. Based out of Baltimore, Maryland Mosaic has been on stages spanning as far north as his hometown and as far south as Virginia. As a student of the arts, he credits a multitude of influences to his fellow contemporaries, the great Langston Hughes, non-poetic luminaries such as W.E.B. Dubois, and lyricist Tupac Shakur.
