The Red Lion brand has long been a leader in hotel dining – in fact, we pioneered the concept in the 60’s. But times have changed and so have your needs. Because of this, we’re adjusting our meal offerings to be more in tune with your busy schedule and how you dine today. You've told us you want healthier more varied selections, fresh food options available 24/7, and a fast and consistent breakfast that’s a good value.

Here’s how we’ve responded:

	These hotels will continue to offer three-meal-a-day restaurant dining with locally inspired menus and the chef's "Just for Today" specials featuring seasonal ingredients.  Additionally, our full service hotels which are typically in major cities continue to offer catering, lounges and room service. The Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet is being introduced at full service hotels as a complement to existing full, cooked-to-order breakfast options. View list of participating hotels All select service Red Lions offer food options at meal times.  These range from a’la carte restaurant dining from an abbreviated menu to a cozy lounge in which to order appetizers and beverage.  All select service hotels feature the Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet, Café2Go and catering services. Red Lion’s Signature Roaring Start Breakfast – Hot, Fresh and Fast.

Not just a typical hotel breakfast buffet, the Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet features egg items, breakfast meats, and a state-of-the-art pancake machine that makes your pancakes fresh in less than 60 seconds. In addition, you’ll find healthy selections such as cold cereals, yogurts, breakfast pastries and bagels plus all the accompaniments.

The Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet can either be purchased in advance as part of your room rate or at the front desk during check-in.
