We are pleased to announce an exciting evolution of the Red Lion
R&R Club loyalty program. Based on member feedback and
extensive insights from leading customer loyalty programs, we are
transitioning the Red Lion R&R Club to a new dynamic customer
The problem with many point-based loyalty programs is that they
generally require members to earn their status and tier level
before receiving earned benefits. Fundamentally, we believe a more
hospitable approach is in order. We believe it is up to us to earn
the loyalty of our guests. And we very much intend to earn your
business throughout every stay. Having listened to our most
frequent guests and their desire to be recognized as an individual
who stays with us on a regular basis, we set out to create a
program that makes our guests stand apart from the crowd and treats
everyone as an individual.
The future Red Lion loyalty program is not your typical
points-based membership with status and tiers. It is about
recognizing and rewarding our members for doing things they already
love to do. The future Red Lion loyalty program frees you from
tracking your points while continuing to extend our most widely
used member benefit, 15% off our best available rate through Lowest
Rate, Period, formerly known as Member Advantage. We are building a
program that responds to your insights and communicates with
immediate gratification. Several principals guide the future
membership program. We want you to feel recognized with tailored
experiences that fuel your passions while providing surprise and
delight experiences. So, look for more information as we transition
R&R Club to the future Red Lion loyalty program.
With the evolution to a new membership program, comes
the expiration of the Red Lion R&R Club program. The last
date for which we will issue miles or points for overnight stays
will be May 31, 2014. Red Lion R&R Club members with a minimum
of 10,000 points have six months to utilize their existing point
balance. Any redemptions for overnight stays must be reserved and
used by November 30, 2014. Additionally, Red Lion R&R Club
members can redeem points between now and November 30, 2014, for
benefits with four airline partners or for gift cards with
Costco, GC Incentives or Macy's. More details are available online
As we work to transition in the next few months to our future
loyalty program, those Red Lion R&R Club members who have
earned tier status can be assured that we will continue to
acknowledge you with the same benefits and upgrades specified by
the R&R Club. We appreciate your business and look forward to
rolling out the details of our future Red Lion loyalty program.

The following information forms the basis of participation in
the Red Lion Loyalty Program. These Terms and Conditions are
intended to protect the members of Red Lion Loyalty Program
("Members") and Red Lion Hotels Corporation, Red Lion Hotels
Franchising, Inc. Red Lion Leo Hotel Collection and their
respective affiliates (collectively "Red Lion"). Your participation
in this program will be governed by these Terms and Conditions, and
it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them. The
following Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and
conditions, and are subject to change without notice:

Red Lion loyalty program members will be able to access
their account activity at any time on redlion.com/redlionrandrclub
or by calling the Red Lion Member Service Center toll-free at
A Member utilizing points may obtain awards only by visiting
redlion.com/redlionrandrclub or from the Red Lion
Member Service Center by calling toll-free (888) 606-0563.
Please allow four weeks for delivery of merchandise certificates
from the date we receive your request. Red Lion is not responsible
for lost or stolen awards certificates. Red Lion shall not be
liable for punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect
damages of any kind arising from or relating to a Member's
participation in the Red Lion loyalty program. Members staying at
the Red Lion Leo Hotel Collection property the Las Vegas Hotel
& Casino (LVH) using their redemption points, are responsible
for all resort fees associated with the stay.
Disclaimer of Warranty.
Red Lion makes no representations or warranties of any kind,
whether express or implied, including with limitation, the
merchantability, suitability, originality, fitness for a particular
use or purpose regarding any guest stays, merchandise, experiences
or any other matter, redeemed through the Red Lion loyalty
Limitation of Liability.
By virtue of accepting membership in the Red Lion loyalty
program, member hereby releases Red Lion and their respective
officers, directors, employees, partners, agents and affiliates
from and against, and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities,
costs and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses incurred by
Red Lion relating to any alleged injury, death, or property damage
arising from or related to any guest stays, merchandise,
experiences or any other matter, redeemed through the Red Lion
loyalty program ("Claims"). Further, member covenants not to sue or
otherwise assert against or attempt to hold Red Lion responsible
for any such Claims except in the event that such Claims arise from
the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Red Lion.
RED LION'S LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO
THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE MEMBER'S POINTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL RED LION
BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FORSEEABLE OR NOT,
ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH MEMBER'S BENEFITS IN THE RED
LION R&R CLUB.
Members will be required to make reservations at
least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the arrival date
when utilizing points for redemption of guest rooms at
participating Red Lion Hotels. Rooms can only be redeemed for
standard or premium room types, suites are not applicable. Credit
cards are required to guarantee room redemption reservations.
Standard guarantee policies apply for all room redemption
reservations. Failing to contact the Red Lion Member Service Center
to cancel a guaranteed room redemption reservation, within the
permitted cancellation time, will result in a loss of redeemed Red
Lion loyalty program points. Blackout dates apply to the Red Lion
Leo Hotel Collection property The Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.
Specific program benefits and services have been established for
all Red Lion loyalty program members; however, benefits and
services offered by participating hotels may vary.
Red Lion loyalty program points are not replaceable or
redeemable for cash.
Red Lion loyalty program points may not be pooled with or
transferred to other awards programs or accounts. Red Lion loyalty
program offers program membership to individual accounts only and
not to corporations or other entities.
Accrued points or miles are not the property of the Member. Red
Lion loyalty program and their travel partners have the right to
change, limit, modify or cancel program rules, regulations, rewards
and reward levels at any time, with or without notice, even
though such changes may affect the value of points or miles already
accumulated, the ability to use accumulated points or miles, or the
ability to obtain certain awards. Accrued points are not
transferable in the event of death, as part of a domestic relations
matter or otherwise by operation of law.
Red Lion reserves the right to terminate membership in the Red
Lion loyalty program in cases of fraud, misconduct or abuse. In
addition to discontinuance of membership, Red Lion shall have the
right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action,
including criminal prosecution, as it deems necessary in its sole
Red Lion reserves the right to terminate the Red Lion R&R
Club program at any time.
Red Lion loyalty program points will not be awarded beyond the
termination date of the Red Lion R&R Club program or of a
Member's participation in the program, however Red Lion loyalty
program Members will have six (6) months from the termination date
to redeem their accumulated points. Any free night stays must be
booked and consumed prior to that 6 month date. Any points
remaining in a Member's account beyond that date will expire.
Programs and promotions relating to the Red Lion R&R Club
may be modified or terminated at any time.
The Red Lion R&R Club program is void where prohibited by
Determination of a Member's tax liability for any awards
provided is the sole responsibility of the Member.
All terms and conditions of the Red Lion loyalty program
are construed and governed by the laws of the State of
Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to Red
Lion loyalty program terms and conditions, as they may change from
time to time, an as to the number of points in his or her account.
Red Lion loyalty program will attempt to send correspondence to
active Members to advise them of matters of interest, including
notification of program changes. However, neither Red Lion nor
companies participating as Red Lion loyalty program partners will
be liable for any failure to do so and will not be responsible for
incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for
problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized by the Member, for any human error, for any
interruption, deletion, omission, defect, or line failure of any
telephone network or electronic transmission, for problems relating
to computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site
or on-line service, for any other technical on non-technical error
or malfunction, for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete,
garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail or other mail
for whatever reason.
Each Member is responsible for advising Red Lion of any
If you have indicated on your enrollment form that you do not
want to be contacted by third parties, we will endeavor to comply
with your request but cannot guarantee that it will be possible to
do so. Red Lion shall have no liability to Member if Member is
contacted by a third party or any partner as a result of a Member's
participation in the Red Lion loyalty program.
In order to administer Red Lion loyalty program points
redemptions, it may be necessary to provide information about our
Members to our Red Lion loyalty program partners solely to be used
for the purpose of providing redemption merchandise and/or
experiences to our Members. By joining the Red Lion loyalty program
you give permission for our processing of and providing such
information to our Red Lion loyalty program partners.
