The Red Lion brand has long been a leader in hotel dining - in fact, we were one of the first hotel chains to embrace the concept in the 60's. But times have changed and so have your needs. Because of this, we're redesigning our restaurants and meal offerings to be more in tune with your busy schedule and how you dine today. You've told us you want a fast and consistent breakfast, healthier, fresh food options and more dining selections - all at a great value.

You asked. We listened.

Red Lion's Signature Roaring Start Breakfast - Full of delicious selections, from hot egg items, breakfast meats, breads and pastries to healthier options such as whole fruits, yogurts and cereals. Starting at just $4.95 per day, a stay at a Red Lion is now as comfortable for your wallet as it is for you.

Café2Go - "Grab and go" dining with a twist. Café2Go is open 24/7 and is stocked with a variety of foods, snacks and beverages, perfect for our guests of all ages. Each hotel will feature at least two freshly-made daily sandwich selections and two salads that are healthy and satisfying.

Variable Dining Options - Each Red Lion Hotel will provide one of three categories of meal service:

• Full Service - These hotels will continue to offer three-meal-a-day restaurant dining with locally inspired menus and the chef's "Just for Today" specials featuring seasonal ingredients. Additionally, our full service hotels, which are typically in major cities, continue to offer catering, lounges and room service. The Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet is being introduced at full service hotels as a complement to existing full, cooked-to-order breakfast options.

• Select Service - All select service Red Lions offer food options at meal times. These range from a'la carte restaurant dining from an abbreviated menu to a cozy lounge in which to order appetizers and beverages. All select service hotels feature the Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet, Café2Go and catering services. 

• Limited Service - Limited service Red Lion's offer the Roaring Start Buffet Breakfast on a complimentary basis to all guests staying at a public rate and 24/7 food options via Café2Go, day or night.

Not just a typical hotel breakfast buffet, the Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet features egg items and breakfast meats. In addition, you'll find healthy selections such as cold cereals, assorted breakfast muffins and bagels with all the accompaniments.

Hot - A satisfying breakfast featuring rotating egg options such as omelets, frittatas and scrambled eggs in addition to meats like bacon or sausage and side dishes like hash brown potatoes.

Fresh - Every item on the Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet is prepared fresh and replenished frequently during buffet hours.

Fast - With more seating than typical hotels, you can be in, out and on your way in less time than it would take to stop and pick something up along your way.

The Roaring Start Breakfast Buffet can either be purchased in advance as part of your room rate or at the front desk during check-in. The price for breakfast starts at $4.95 for overnight guests and varies by hotel.
