Greg MountGreg Mount
President and Chief Executive Officer

Greg Mount joined the company as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2014. Greg Mount brings more than 25 years of experience to Red Lion and prior to joining the company served as President of Richfield Hospitality, Sceptre Hospitality and Richfield Hospitality China, where he executed a number of strategic deals including the acquisition and merger of Whiteboards Labs into Sceptre Hospitality. Previously, he held senior roles at Sage Hospitality, as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he led the full-service division responsible for developing franchises and management contracts for the Westin, Sheraton, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridien, and Luxury Collection brands in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Before joining Starwood, Mount held senior operating positions at Interstate Hotels Corporation and Marriott International Hotels, working his way up through a number of hotel and regional management positions before moving into Development.

Julie ShiflettJulie Shiflett
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Julie Shiflett was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer beginning September 1, 2011. Ms. Shiflett has been with Red Lion Hotels since October 2010 when she was hired under a contract to serve as Vice President of Finance. She is a principal of NW CFO, a financial consulting company she founded in 2008 which assists emerging and mid-market companies with activities including strategic planning, forecasting, and recapitalization. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Signature Genomic Laboratories in Spokane, Washington, in 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, Shiflett was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Columbia Paint and Coatings from 2006 to 2009 and Vice President of Finance and Administration of Riley Creek Lumber Company from 2001 until 2006. Her accounting career began at Coopers & Lybrand in Spokane. Ms. Shiflett also currently serves on the Board of Directors for an $8 billion financial institution, a chemical manufacturing company and a regional hospital.

Bill LinehanBill Linehan
Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Bill Linehan joined Red Lion in February 2014 as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He has more than 25 years of hospitality experience, most recently as Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director at Richfield Hospitality and Sceptre Hospitality Resources, where he led the sales, marketing and resource management activities surrounding the company's portfolio of hotels and resorts. At Sceptre, Linehan repositioned the company to become a global leader of hotel revenue technologies. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Global Marketing for InterContinental Hotels Group where he established the marketing to re-launch seven IHG brands to the development community. Linehan also previously served as Global Vice President of Marketing, Brand Alignment and Partnerships for Starwood Hotels and Resorts and held sales and marketing positions with both Hyatt and Sheraton.

Tom McKeirnanThomas L. McKeirnan
Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Tom McKeirnan has been with the company since 2003 and serves as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel. He has been actively involved in the executive management of the company for almost ten years, having previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2005 to February 2013. Prior to that he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from January 2004 through February 2005 and Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from July 2003 to January 2004. Prior to joining us, Mr. McKeirnan was a partner at the Spokane, Washington law firm of Paine Hamblen Cofflin Brooke & Miller, LLP from January 2002 until July 2003 and an associate attorney at the same firm from 1999 to 2001. Mr. McKeirnan was also an associate attorney with the Seattle, Washington law firm of Riddell Williams P.S. from 1995 until 1999. Mr. McKeirnan's private legal practice has focused on corporate, transactional, real estate and securities law, with an emphasis on the hospitality industry. While in private practice, Mr. McKeirnan represented us as outside counsel on various strategic and transactional matters and also represented WestCoast Hotels, Inc. prior to our acquisition of that company.

Harry SladichHarry G. Sladich
Executive Vice President, Hotel Operations and Sales

Harry Sladich serves as Executive Vice President Hotel Operations & Sales for Red Lion Hotels Corporation and is the driving force behind companywide sales initiatives in national and international markets, in addition to leading the team in hotel operations for nearly 2,300 employees at 54 hotels in 11 states. In collaboration with an internationally recognized branding firm, Sladich created a brandwide initiative, Local.Wise., in which the culture of each hotel is centered specifically around local attractions, recreation and eateries. Prior to that, Sladich developed three distinctive segments to more clearly define the Red Lion brand for guests and franchisors. In 2013, Sladich launched a responsive framework website and refreshed Red Lion Hotels' branding initiative.

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Karla Gehlen is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Red Lion Hotels Corporation, having joined the company in April 2014. She is responsible for the talent management, recruiting, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, payroll, training and development for company associates. Most recently, Gehlen was the senior most executive for Human Resources for Sterling Bank. Karla brings more than 25 years of experience in HR with brands such as Doubletree, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Sunstone Hotels and Honeywell. She began her extensive career in Human Resources with the original owners of Red Lion Hotels. Her undergraduate degree is from Eastern Washington University and she attended law school at Gonzaga University. She holds her Senior Professional Human Resources certification through the Society of Human Resource Management and is a Certified Lean Expert. In addition to her career endeavors, Karla serves as the secretary on the Eastern Washington University Foundation Board of Directors.

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Angela Landgraf joined Red Lion Hotels Corporation in April 2014 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Landgraf is heading strategic corporate expansion for Red Lion into the top leading national markets, focusing on hotel acquisitions and development. Specifically, Landgraf seeks out existing hotel conversions and adaptive reuse opportunities for the Red Lion brands. Her strong industry network of leading equity partners largely benefits the organization in its expansion of the hotel footprint. With more than 20 years of business development and sales experience in the hospitality industry, Landgraf previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development & Management Services for Richfield Hospitality where she aggressively grew the hotel portfolio through acquisitions, JV partnerships and third party management contracts. She has also worked in management services for Sage Hospitality, and real estate business development and operations both for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and for InterContinental Hotel Group.

Senior Vice President, Chief Franchise Officer

Brian Quinn joined Red Lion Hotels Corporation as Senior Vice President and Chief Franchise Officer in May 2014. He oversees hotel franchise development opportunities, facilitating expansion of the RLHC brands across the United States. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Quinn most recently served as Executive Vice President of Development at Driftwood Hospitality Management and Vice President of Upscale Development for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), overseeing growth of the Crowne Plaza and Hotel Indigo brands across key markets including the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. During his 20 years with IHG, Brian also held leadership positions in franchise services, owner relations and hotel operations. Previously, he served in franchise development for Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Jason ThielbahrJason Thielbahr
Senior Vice President, Revenue Optimization & Distribution Services

Jason Thielbahr serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Optimization & Distribution Services at Red Lion Hotels Corporation.  Thielbahr began with the company in 2009 and is a member of the senior management team for the company and oversees Revenue Management, Distribution Services, our reservation platform, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and our loyalty membership program.  Prior to joining RLH, he was with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group, all in senior management, Revenue Management, and Distribution capacities.  From August 2001 to February 2007, he was Corporate Director of Distribution and Revenue Management for Red Lion Hotels.  From March 2007 to June 2009, he served as the Regional Director of Revenue Management for Sofitel North America and was on the pre-opening team with InterContinental Hotels Group to launch a resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He is also a Certified Revenue Management Executive with a background in Economic and Statistics.
